Interface Computer College has its Junior High School (Grades 7 to 10) that offers technologically equipped way of learning and conducive environment for learners. It has given permission to operate with Government Permit No. 026 in the year 2014, and has become a member of Davao Association of Private Schools and Administrators (DAPRISA) that promotes inter-school competitions, offers trainings to teachers and administrators, and updates policies and guidelines of the Department of Education (DepEd) in the same year. It is also incorporated to the Boy Scout of the Philippines (BSP) and Young Men’s Christian Association (YMCA), that help students hone their skills and build their strength through teamwork, sportsmanship, and leadership.
          Junior High School offers Elective Subject in all grade levels that may vary such as ICT for the school years 2014–2015, 2015–2016, and 2016–2017, and Foreign Language (Nihonggo) for the school year 2017–2018. It has different clubs where students can freely choose from namely: Students Coordinating Body (SCB), Interests Club, MathSci Club, English Club, and Filipino Club.
          To provide assistance to students, the school has its own Canteen, Library, Clinic, and Guidance. In terms of keeping students’ records and transaction, students can have an easy access to the Accounting and Registrar’s Office.
